Roger Chien has been in the Law Enforcement industry for 19 years. Before becoming a criminal defense lawyer, he served as a District Attorney Senior Investigator and Special Deputy between 2005 to 2014. He was also a police officer/police detective for 10 years.   He is a member of the Central District of California Bar of the United States District Court, California Attorneys for Criminal Justice, the American Bar Association, the International Police Association, and the National Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys.
