        Christian Mancebo, founder and director of Mexico Title, has an International Business Background. Mr. Mancebo lead the first Cross Border Mortgage Program in Latin America for Mexican people living in the US and Canada and backed by the Mexican Government. In 2005 Christian opened the first office in Canada for Cross Border Mortgages starting with Mexican people buying properties in Mexico and then expanding the business to Canadian citizens buying properties in Mexico.   Christian obtained his law degree fro the Universidad Anahuac in Mexico City, he has attended post graduate studies in International Law in Georgetown University, Capital Markets Development and Regulation in United Nations Institute for Training and Research and graduated from the LLM program in International Business Law at the American University Washington College of Law.     Christian is fluent in English and French
