The history of BMF Partners LLP (BMF Partners) dates back to establishment by McGuireWoods international law firm of its daughter company in Kazakhstan in 1994.In 2010, McGuireWoods management made a decision to leave Kazakhstan. As a result BMF Group LLP came into existence led by three former partners of McGuireWoods: Yuri Bolotov, Vsevolod Markov and Vladimir Furman.In 2015, BMF Partners was spun off from BMF Group LLP as a step to enhance further specialisation profile of its practices. Currently, professional staff of BMF Partners consists of five lawyers and one paralegal who have an excellent command of Russian, English and Kazakh.Over the years while working within an international law firm, the lawyers of firm gained solid experience in:- advising on local and international transactions, - representing clients before Kazakhstan courts of all levels and international arbitration tribunals, - working with various state bodies.For many years we have been working closely with law firms from all over the world.
